Terra Jole and her husband Joe Gnoffo were in for the shock of their lives when they went to their second baby's ultrasound appointment Wednesday night on a new episode of Little Women: Terra's Little Family.

"This pregnancy is different from my last pregnancy with Penelope," Jole admitted, revealing that she was more nauseous and believed that she was expecting a baby boy this time around.

Jole and her husband didn't see or hear a heartbeat, nor see the gestational sac in which a mother carries her baby during their appointment. Scared that there was no baby, the parents were told that they would have to wait until they were 10 weeks pregnant for a follow up. Jole was 5 weeks at the time.

"I'm pretty worried about having a miscarriage," Jole admitted before telling her friend Tonya Banks what was going on.

Jole was worried that nothing was inside of her pregnancy sac. She was also upset because she told her family that she was expecting another child during Wednesday night's episode.

As for worries, Jole was also concerned that her daughter would have a shunt but in her head to help drain fluid from her brain to relieve pressure. She also had a husband that was having back problems.

Gnoffo revealed that he had been having back problems for a long time, and even had to get shots to relieve the pain because he couldn't even hold his daughter.

In the clip below, Gnoffo tried yoga to try to get some of the pain to go away.

After going back to another ultrasound, the couple were welcomed with good news. The parents-to-be heard their second child's heartbeat finally! "I'm ecstatic," Jole said. "A huge weight has been lifted after I learned that I didn't have a miscarriage."

Right now it's not clear if the new baby will have dwarfism or be an average size child.

MStars News wants to know, do you hope Jole and Gnoffo welcome a baby boy this time around?
