'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Court Trial Details: How Was MTV Mom Found Not Guilty?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was recently found not guilty in the assault trial against baby daddy Nathan Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry, where she was accused of throwing a glass at Jessica's head. After only getting a few details after the verdict, we now have learned what went down in the courtroom that got Jenelle off on the charges.

According to Radar Online, Jenelle actually testified for the trial in front of a six-person jury and relayed to the jury what she has gone through with Nathan and his girlfriend.

"It got emotional when Jenelle testified," the reality star's lawyer Amy Lawrence-Lovely told the gossip site. "She was talking about the fact that Jessica and Nathan took [Jenelle and Nathan's son] Kaiser to Boston without her knowledge. She also said 'They cut my son's hair for the first time without telling me or asking me if it was ok.'"

However, according to Jenelle's attorney, Jessica denied ever cutting Kaiser's hair in a heated exchange.

"I said to her: 'Isn't it true that you cut Kaiser's hair for the first time without Jenelle knowing?'" Lawrence-Lovely said. "She said no. Then I said 'He comes back from being with you all for the weekend. His hair has been cut and you're a hair dresser and you're saying you didn't do it? That sounds reasonable.' But she continued to deny it."

How did Nathan's testimony go? "He told the jury that Jenelle 'holds my child over my head and won't let me see him,' but I asked him about the situations he puts Kaiser in and that was when he started getting angry. 'Do you drive without a license?' I asked and at first he wouldn't answer the question but he finally admitted that he does," the MTV mom's lawyer recapped. "I also asked him if he knew that if he got pulled over with Kaiser in the car and didn't have a license that Child Protective Services could take the baby away. He did not like that."

Apparently, the jury believed Jenelle enough to let her go free. She celebrated on Twitter posting to fans, "I'll be happy to tell you first ... Not guilty."
