CW's Legends Of Tomorrow S01E14 River of Time Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller Premiere Recap

The CW Network continues with the premiere of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. In episode 14, Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) join White Canary (Caity Lotz) as they take the fight to Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) in the River of Time?

Back in ancient Egypt, Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) is in Vandal's cage. He promise never to give up chasing after him. In the present, the team realize that if they murder Savage, Carter is lost to them. Vandal has been manipulating the timeline using technology from the future. If they have evidence, the Time Masters will reverse their decision.

Hunter asks Vandal how he traveled in time. Savage learned the trick from Rip by moving through history. Carter Hall (Falk Hentschel) wakes up in his prison cell. He doesn't belie anything that Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee) tells him and promises to kill her. Savage smiles when the Waverider explodes in the time-stream. 

As Jax (Franz Drameh) works on fixing the ship, Martin Stein (Victor Garber) wonders if Vandal is the danger inside with them. Savage tries to play mind games with Canary, mentioning Laurel.

Caught in an explosion, Jax remembers the last time he poke with his mother. Suffering from radiation poisoning, Jax is aging at a faster rate. Heat Wave and Captain Cold sense something is wrong with the ship. Canary realizes Hunter cares more about himself than his own crew.

Ray (Brandon Routh) knocks out Carter after he attacks Kendra. Vandal then tells Ray that Kendra used to be in love with him. They share the same enemy, Carter. In the past, Ray talks to Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). She reminds him that the future Mrs. Palmer is somewhere out there. Ray never went on the mission to fall in love.

After watching Kendra recite the love poem to Carter, Ray feels betrayed. Ray realizes loving Kendra is a curse; he's not her soulmate. Cold and Heat Wave are going to wait to do something; Jax deserves better. Cold and Heat Wave break up from the team but Canary sticks around.

In the flashback, Sara finds Nyssa (Katrina Law) in her prison. Nyssa asks sara to leave her behind because she loves her. Martin meets with Savage and asks for his help to save Jax. Stein will need Carter's blood before he can do anything. 

Martin injects Jax with a sedative and puts him on a ship, sending him back to 2016. In the flashback, Martin is in the middle of work, forgetting about his wife. As Stein stands up to Cold and Heat Wave, Vandal fights Ray in his cell and frees himself. 

With Vandal on the loose, Hunter, Canary, and Martin have to fly the ship blind. In a standoff, Vandal shoots at Cold, Heat Wave. As Hawkgirl fights Carter, Vandal manages to take down at least three. While Canary pilots the ship, Carter's memories come back. 

Kendra watches Carter getting stabbed all over again. After Hawkgirl knocks out Kendra, the Time Masters suddenly arrive. 

With everyone on board the Waverider getting captured, Hunter discovers the Time Council is in league with Savage.
