Tituss Burgess' Yelp Review Goes Viral: Don't Mess with 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' Star!

Tituss Burgess, the Broadway star turned Emmy nominee on Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, was trying to move his couch earlier this week when he ran into what sounds like the most unprofessional company ever. In full Titus Andromedon fashion, the actor took to Yelp to give a pretty bad review of Franks Express Movers -- and it went viral.

According Us Weekly, Burgess took to Instagram last Wednesday to talk about his awful experience with the moving company. The actor needed to move his couch and he called up Franks Express to set up an appointment; when hours had passed from the set time, the actor continued to call the person he'd first spoken to and was told he wouldn't get his movers unless he reviewed on Yelp -- which obviously annoyed him to no end.

"I called him about 9 times but he wouldn't pick up but he somehow was capable of texting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY," Burgess explained in a recent clip. "I'm going to post this to twitter to my Instagram to my Facebook. You messed with the wrong Queen."

Burgess' comment finished up with a few hashtags, including "lgotcha" and "lizaminelli."

Of course, because of Burgess' big profile and his involvement in the cult Netflix sitcom, the review ended up going viral, and the company issued an official statement regarding Burgess' experience -- and it seems everything may have been a misunderstanding.

As People Magazine reports, Franks Express Movers said that as a policy, they don't ever reserve their trucks and crews via phone, as the way they usually work is through e-mail confirmation so someone must have been trying to put down the company in front of customers The company then suggested making things up for the star, specifically saying they'd be honored to serve Burgess in their small business.

The viral misunderstanding came just a few days before a big moment for Burgess: for the second year in a row, the actor was nominated for an Emmy for his superb work in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, as he gives life to the absurd and lovable Titus Andromedon.
