'RHONY' Bethenny Frankel Divorce FINALLY Divorced From Jason Hoppy After 3 Years

Today is the day that Bethenny Frankel and her ex Jason Hoppy have been waiting over three years for, as they are finally divorced. The Real Housewives of New York City star is now officially a single woman on paper, despite the fact that she and Hoppy split back in December of 2012.

Radar Online reported that Frankel decided to celebrate the end of her legal proceedings by hanging out poolside in Las Vegas, where she posted a bikini pic of herself to her Instagram account.

"Vegas baby," the star wrote in the caption.

According to People, the terms of the final divorce decision are private and Frankel doesn't want to comment on them. Her lawyer Allan Mayefsky released a statement to the news site, saying, "Out of respect for her privacy and the well-being of her daughter, Bethenny is declining to comment. We can confirm that the divorce has been resolved. Our client is ecstatic that this long chapter is over, and she is looking forward to moving on with her life."

The news site also reported that Hoppy, who echoed the same sentiments as Frankel, also couldn't be happier that the divorce is over. His attorney Bernard Clair explained in a statement that "Jason is thrilled that this chapter of his life is over; he is extremely pleased with the settlement that was reached. Jason looks forward to the future and enjoying that time privately with family, friends and most important to him, his daughter."

In related news, it seems that Frankel is celebrating with her friends now that this chapter has come to an end. Page Six reported that she was seen with her RHONY co-star Carole Radziwill at the Four Seasons Hotel last week, which was the venue that Frankel got married at in 2010. The girls had a little fun, as they celebrated the end of the divorce by throwing the divorce documents into the pool at the restaurant.
