Gamers will be treated to an uncanny experience on Street Fighter 5 this month, gesturing the eve of the Halloween season. The game will receive some costume upgrades to embrace the spooky aura of Halloween. However, the unnerving costumes for the characters will come at a cost. Players who want to experience Halloween in the game will have two options.
You can either decide to buy your favorite character a Halloween-themed costume at a cost of $4 from your pocket, or at least fight your way up to earn some good 40,000 coins on the game. The coins can in turn be cashed in, to buy your preferred fighter, a Halloween costume of your choice.
In addition, the scary theme will also feature a Halloween furnished fighting arena. The game's popular Russia stage will be upgraded to suit a Halloween mood at a cost of $2. The costume colors come in about 10 variations, from which players can choose their best costumes after paying the $3.99 charge for the Halloween upgrade.
According to VG247, the Halloween upgrades on this game will be up for grabs starting from 11th of October to 29th November at the close of Halloween. Capcom, the developing company of the game, did not mention the exact number of costumes that will be available for this upgrade. But then it has released some cool snapshots of what users should expect.
Of course everybody's eager to upgrade their game with this DLC. This can be confirmed from the many reactions received on Eventhubs concerning the matter. Already some gamers are scared after having a glimpse of the expected scenes and characters, in the Halloween theme.
In contrast, a considerable lot think that it's a total waste of money and resources. But who knows? The fact that Capcom drew some inspiration from popular and creative Halloween ideas all over the world, certainly means that this upgrade will be an exciting one.
