Episode 3 of "The Flash" Season had just been aired and a new one is fast approaching. Barry, a.k.a "Flash", never runs out of enemies to fight. Episode 4 of "The Flash" Season 3 will have a fresh batch of metahumans to test his powers, hence the title "The New Rogues."

Mirror Man and The Top will be the antagonists in "The Flash" Season 3 episode 4. Mirror Man will go on a crime spree in Central City to prove that he is the greatest thief ever known to the city. Although, it was considered that the smoothest criminal of Central City is Captain Cold or Snart, according to the report by iDigital Times.

The main antagonist is Mirror Man and he will be aided by The Top. In comics, The Top was a man, but for the "The Flash" series The Top will be portrayed by a woman, the actress Ashley Rickards. It was reported that the collaboration of the two antagonists not be an easy fight for Captain Cold.

Comic Book revealed the synopsis "Barry (Grant Gustin) continues to train Jesse (guest star Violett Beane) and when a new meta human, Mirror Master (guest star Grey Damon), appears on the scene he lets her tag along. Mirror Master has teamed up with his old partner, Top, and is looking for Snart (Wentworth Miller) to even a score. Jesse is quick to join the chase but defies one of Barry's orders which results in disastrous consequences."

It was reported that Mirror Man and The Top could be a direct result of Flashpoint. It was revealed in the last episode that Alchemy was recruiting people who have powers from the Flashpoint timeline.

The appearance of both Mirror Man and The Top could be because of Alchemy. It was seen in the promo for "The Flash" Season 3 episode 4 that Barry got stuck inside a mirror in Star Labs.
