Taylor Swift rocked the 2016 US Formula One Grand Prix in Austin, Texas Saturday night. This was her first concert after her 1989 concert tour which wrapped up nearly a year ago. Aside from performing her all-time hits like "You Belong With Me," "Love Story" and "Fifteen" which made the crowd sing along, she also performed a surprising number. Singing while playing the tune on a glimmering grand piano, Taylor sang "This Is What You Came For," a song that she co-wrote with ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris.

The Circuit of The America's Formula One had a crowd of more than 100,000 who came not just because of the annual F1 competition but also to hear Taylor Swift sing after a year of hiatus. She began Calvin Harris' song with a short intro "I've never played this song live before." She even encouraged the crowd to sing along with her saying that she just would like to know what it feels to hear the tune sung back to her.

Entertainment Weekly reported Taylor's performance and mentioned that there were actually rumors that the singer might surprise the crowd by announcing a new album. There were no announcements made but instead, she stuck with playing some of her well-loved hits. She announced that this was her 10th anniversary of her self-titled album and said that she feels like she has been revealing her life in a journal.

Meanwhile, ET reported that before the concert, the Grammy Award-winning singer suffered from a cold. However, this did not hinder Taylor from giving all that she got. The only pause she had was for a short "tissue break." She shrugged off her condition saying "That's the way life works."

Before her show ended, Taylor did a hair-raising performance of "Shake It Off" along with a spectacular fireworks finale. The crowd cheered and dance to the song.

This is Taylor Swift's only live concert in 2016 however there are rumors that she is keeping busing with new music.
