Former Glee Star Mark Salling Accused of Raping Former Girlfriend

Actor Mark Salling arrives for a court appearance in Los Angeles for being accused of raping a 22-year old woman.

According to Page Six, after previous charges of possession of child pornography, Mark Salling will be facing another sex-related allegation if the Los Angeles County prosecutors finalized the accusations of the 22-year old woman who said she has been raped by the actor nearly four years ago.

The woman claims that they were about to pair and is ready to have sex, up before she said, "No, I cannot do this." The woman also added that, though she already said no, Mark, didn't listen to her and still forced himself on her.

The 34-year old Mark Salling is said to have been dating the woman for a few months before they went into a room to have sex, but then, she changed her mind. Meanwhile, Mark is still waiting for trial on his child pornography charges, if ever will be facing another charge.

However, the Los Angeles County District Attorney are still deciding whether to file charges against Mark. Last June, Mark was pleaded not guilty and was indicted by federal grand jury on two counts, as per Mirror.

Mark's residence in Los Angeles has been searched last year by the LAPD's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and allegedly found hundreds of indecent images of young children. And now, a year after, a rape case can be possiblycharged against him.

Mark is facing charges of allegedly receiving and also possessing indecent images of some children, which both carry a 20-year imprisonment if found guilty. Mark has been ordered to stay away at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades and many other places.

His passport was also surrendered, likewise any gadgets and devices that can connect to the internet requires being approved by legal authorities. Mark is also instructed by the court to wear a GPS device so he can be traced at any time.

Mark Salling's current career at 'Gods and Secrets' was previously revealed to be cut after he was indicted. Mark is a former Glee member as 'Puck', well, his name in Glee rather suggests his personality.
