Kim Kardashian Pregnant, Baby Bump UPDATE: 'Would Get Married Again,' Kanye West to Miss Birth of Baby, 'Assures' Summer Tour around June-July Due Date?

As Kim Kardashian's baby bump grows and her June-July due date approaches, the pregnant reality starlet confirms to Ryan Seacreast that she'd definitely give marriage another shot. But is Kanye West up for the challenge? Following reports that the celebrity duo has been spending a lot of time apart over the past several weeks, rumors now have it that the rapper might risk missing the birth of his first child! On Sunday evening's “Ryan Seacrest with the Kardashians: An E! News Special" (April 21), Kim K revealed to the popular television/radio host:

"I would get married again. That's what I've always wanted. Just because you think you find it and you realize that's not it. I was brave enough to realize that quickly and not waste time. I found what I really wanted. I do want that."

The stunning socialite also admitted that she takes the lessons that she learned from ex-hubby Kris Humphries, and now applies them in her romantic relationship with West:

"When you put it all out there for the world to see and people turn because they don't get your decisions, you're like, 'Should I really put my next relationship on? Will they not get this?' I felt like I gave so much of myself in my marriage, publicly. When you make mistakes, it's embarrassing."

Now that things have gotten serious between Kim K and her rapper beau (and they're expecting their first child together in late June-early July) are they ready to tie the knot? Is West even ready for this baby?! According to an exclusive MediaTakeOut report, music's still fully on West's mind (not necessarily a family). The webloid allegedly "confirms" that the "Gold Digger" crooner plans on headlining a full-out tour this summer... beginning in June (right around Kardashian's due date). The "stadium only" tour will include venues that house 50,000-plus fans (Yeezy has already supposedly booked Yankee Stadium in New York).

Better yet, MediaTakeOut claims that "before backers of the tour would sign off on financing, they needed assurances from Kanye's people that the birth of his child would not interrupt any of the scheduled tour dates." According to an alleged insider, "They got those assurances."
