"America's Got Talent" grand prize winner Grace VanderWaal has just released her first music video for her original song 'Perfectly Imperfect.' The talented 12-year old and her ukulele have captured the hearts of many since she performed her own composition in season 11 of the show. 'Perfectly Imperfect' is from Columbia Records and will be out on December 2.

Billboard reported Grace's amazing rise to stardom. The report described her songs as intensely personal and her talent very natural. After she won, she shared her excitement via Twitter saying that this was the realization of her dream. She also said that fans can expect more from her because this is just the beginning.

Perez Hilton also reported about her new music video. The Hollywood blogger said that aside from playing 'Perfectly Imperfect' the track also has the singer talking to her fans. She thanked those who supported her and how she is excited about her upcoming album.

'Perfectly Imperfect' will be available for pre-order on November 18, Friday. Preorders will also come with a free download of Grace's song 'I Don't Know My Name.' She performed this song when she first auditioned for "America's Got Talent."

And it looks like Grace's fans would have a chance to see her on TV once more when she guests in "America's Got Talent Holiday Spectacular." This special will air on December 19 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. She will be performing with other AGT stars like Sal Vallentinetti. Other performers for the special are Brian Justin Crum, Mat Franco, Jackie Evancho, Terry Fator and other celebrity guests.
