WhatsApp Video Call Update, News: New Feature Available on Android, IOS, and Windows Phone

In an interview with Reuters, WhatsApp Co-Founder Jan Koum revealed that the application is rolling out video calling feature soon. The voice and Video call bandwidth are powered by Facebook Server

As we know, WhatsApp has been Acquired by Facebook for $19 billion in cash and stock in February 2014.

WhatsApp rolls out the said feature due to users requests. The makers wanted to serve the feature to people who are residing far away from their love by using this feature, people can talk face to face and they can feel it, Their love is with them all the time as they use the app.

Moreover, Blog reported that WhatsApp wanted to make video calling feature available to middle order people who cannot afford expensive mobile.

On the other hand, if it is said that individuals are too much addicted to the app compare to any other social App, well, they are right! This is because of its user-friendly UI and its features. A few years back, the app has been launch by former Yahoo! employee Brain Action and Jan Koum.

Initially, WhatsApp is already known as a chatting and sharing pictures app on chat or groups. That time, the app got a huge popularity in very short time and then after it introduced voice calling features on the same app now WhatsApp  again rolling out its new feature called video calling with full of security because of its Chat, voice call, video call are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access from Snoopers.

WhatsApp is a cross-platform app. which its feature makes the app available for Android, IOS, and Windows Phone. Video calling feature will be available on WhatsApp latest version 2.16.17. 

The new feature will be same as like Messenger, Skype and other video calling app.
