Counting the days to Pokémon Sun and Moon's release, 3DS owners are getting excited to play the game. Never short of updates, fans should expect a lot more coming out before its release date of November 18th.

One of the recent updates for the game are the revelations of the starter's final evolutions. Rowlet's final evolution is Decidueye, a Grass/Ghost Pokémon that carries over the owl theme of its base evolution but adds an archer feel to it, complete with a green hood. Adding to the archer persona is its special attack, Spirit Shackle, wherein the Pokémon fires an arrow to its opponent. Its Z-Move, Arrow Raid, also pushes the archer motif. It also has fairly high Attack and Special Attack stats, as well as 70 Speed, which makes it the fastest among the starters, according to iTech Post.

Incineroar is the final evolution for Litten. This Fire/Dark Pokémon adds a wrestler motif to the tiger theme that started from Litten. Its category, "Heel" Pokémon and its special attack, Darkest Lariat, along with the fire-like belt on its waist further complements this.  In professional wrestling, a Heel is a label given to the bad guys (which also justifies the Dark typing). A Lariat, on the other hand, is a wrestling move that uses the movement of an extended arm as a weapon to hit opponents. Malicious Moonsault, its Z-Move, also follows the wrestling-based attack. Stat-wise, it packs an Attack of 115, a Defense of 90 and a Speed stat of 60.

The Water type starter Popplio will have Primarina as its final evolution. The sea lion theme first seen in Popplio is still present in this Water/Fairy Pokémon, though it adds a more mermaid look to the character. Its special attack, Sparkling Aria, is a nod to the story of Sirens, mythological sea creatures that lure sailors using their enchanting voice, often leading to shipwrecks. The idea also translates in its Z-Move, Oceanic Operetta. The Fairy typing is probably given as mermaids are seen on fairy tales. It also boasts a whopping 126 Special Attack and 116 Special Defense, making it a powerhouse.

Recent leaks also about Ultra Beasts, powerful creatures roaming the Alola region. Digital Spy shares that while these creatures are a threat to both man and Pokémon, their numbering may suggest that they may created creatures.  Currently, the named Ultra Beasts are UB-01, UB-02 Absorption, UB-02 Beauty, UB-03 Lightning and UB-05 Glutton.

Diglett and Dugtrio are given their Alolan variants. Now sporting a Ground/Steel typing, these Alolan Digletts and Dugtrios have yellowish hair on top of their heads.

Coinciding with the game's 20th anniversary, the seventh generation has been hyped, and may hope it delivers.
