Black Panther looking to cast Africans, Filipinos, and Koreans! Plus plot leaks!

Marvel Studios opens casting call for the upcoming "Black Panther" film!

Movie seeks to hire men, women, and children to play as citizens of Wakanda. Men and women ages 18 - 80 with Filipino and Korean nationality are called for street scenes and to play Wakandans as well. Also to be hired are men and women of any African nationality within the ages of 18 - 90 for citizens of Wakanda, African style drummers, and talents with experience in martial arts, MMA, wrestling, combat and athletics. Georgia Casting Calls have announced casting for CIA Agent roles, this is open to all ethnicities in the ages of 30 - 50 (with real weaponry experience), also with clean cut.

According to Dark Horizons, the scenes will be shot around the end of January in the greater Atlanta area.

The casting calls may possibly grant clues, details and element about the movie plot, this is believed by Comic Book Movie. As we all know from the Civil War film the death of King T'Chaka passed the spirit of the Black Panther to his son prince T'Challa. The Black Panther's story line will show the hero mourning and starting to take command as king of his own nation.

During the San Diego Comic Con cast member Lupita Nynog'o opened up about the film's basic plot, "The story is that the Black Panther's leadership is really threatened by two foes who come together, and so Black Panther gets the help of the CIA and the Dora Milaje to try and defeat the enemy."

Speculations include the appearance of Ulysses Klaw in the film, this was believed due to the fact the Wakanda is the largest source of Vibranium that happens to be his main trade in the black market. There are also speculations of an appearance from Bucky Barnes who is supposedly hiding out in Wakanda, the last time we saw Bucky he was attempting to get over his Hydra brainwashing.

The Black Panther film stars are Chadwick Bosema, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker, Winston Duke, and Daniel Keluuya. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole for screen writing. The film is scheduled to premiere on February 16, 2018.
