Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo’s ‘Descendants of the Sun’ cancelled; Actor denies gay rumors?

A series of speculations are questioning Song Joong Ki's sexuality, as the actor is rumored as gay recently. Also, the 'Descendants of the Sun' where he and Song Hye Kyo stars are facing negative issues and said to be canceled.

According to Chatt Sports Net, the stars' off-screen relationship popular as the'SongSong' continuously plagued by nasty rumors.  It is said that Song Joong Ki is only using Song Hye Kyo as a "front" to hide his gay personality.

It was followed by the speculation that both Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki will be removed from the final season of the 'Descendants of the Sun.' However, as per LatinosHealth, Song Joong Ki denies the allegations about his personality and questioned the speculation that has put his sexuality in doubt.

On the contrary, a source claims that Song Joong Ki was thought to be gay. "The actor is having preferred the company of male co-workers and even inscribing his co-actor Kwang Soo's name in stone in one instance," the article explains. This was based on Song Joong Ki's statement during the filming of the 'Descendants of the Sun.'

On the other hand, the ranging rumors that the couple Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo has both turned down to have the opportunity to star in the next season of the 'Descendants of the Sun.' This results to the said idea of canceling the entire show for it will be hard for the series to twist to another lead stars and cast new.

The most seen reason for the reported cancellation of the 'Descendants of the Sun,' is the return of Song Joong Ki as the 'Running Man' for the actor may have very tight schedules. Also, the 'Train to Busan 2' assumption has picked Joong Ki as the lead role.

On top of this, Song Hye Kyo may find it hard to work with another lead star aside from Song Joong Ki. Hence, they are the original cast of the 'Descendants of the Sun,' Hye Kyo is expected to say 'NO' for the next season.
