The Backstreet Boys are back (ALRIGHT!..sorry). They just released a six-track sampler of their upcoming as-yet unnamed album. Listen to the teaser below:

Idolator describes the sampler, thusly:

"Of particular note are "In Your Arms," which is a more contemporary dance track that shows how BSB have evolved to remain relevant, and "P.S.," which is an anthemic throwback to their turn-of-the-millennium sound. Most intriguing are "Madeline" and "Trust Me," one an encouraging mid-tempo acoustic-and-piano piece (could it be that "beautiful" Max Martin collab?) and the other a summery slow-ish jam that features fun falsetto harmonies in the chorus. The latter two are the most unique tracks here and probably the biggest diversions from the late-90s sound listeners most associate with the band. "

On top of the new music, BSB recently got their very own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. To celebrate this (and their 20th anniversary as a band), Backstreet held a free to the public party at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday. Check out the massive line photos on TMZ.

The Backstreet Boys formed in 1993 in Orlando, Fla. The group had major success throughout Europe before breaking in the United States and going platinum more times than you have fingers and toes to count on. After several hiatuses and a tour with boy band pioneers New Kids on The Block, BSB are apparently ready to release some new music.

What do you think of the new music from Backstreet Boys? Will you be grabbing their new album whenever it comes out (presumably after it gets a name)? Would you go see BSB perform twenty years on?
