'Bates Motel' Season 5 Premiere: Rihanna Reenacts Shower Scene; Norma Returns

"Bates Motel" Season 5 update sees singer Rihanna in her a character's costume. The singer just start shooting for the show in Vancouver, and Vera Farmiga was also seen sticking around.

According to HNGN, Rihanna's role for the "Bates Motel" Season 5  would be Marion Crane. She just started filming for the season in Vancouver, Canada last November 15 for her first scenes. More so, she's spotted wearing a sporting short matched with the gray formal suit in her auburn hair.

Reports claim that Rihanna will appear in several episodes of the show. Rihanna will reenact a serious shower scene, which most of the time is the most common scene for thrilling movies. Similarly, Marion Crane is expected to face her doom at the shower scene.

The episode set took place in a building located on the Hastings Street in Vancouver. Almost all of her scenes were taken inside the building, only a single scene was taken outside.

On the other hand, Vera Farmiga is said to be returning to "Bates Motel" Season 5   and reprising her role as the famous Norma Bates. It is said that she will return in the dream of Norman Bates. Norman will have visions of her dead mother, Norma (Vera Farmiga) doing chores around the motel.

Along with Rihanna and Vera Farmiga is the Director-actor Nestor Carbonell, who will also be present on set. Nestor Carbonell will be playing a role of Sheriff Alex Romero. He was also the director of the episode where Rihanna was present.

With the tragic, emotional and horrifying ending, fans will witness how a seemingly normal teenager, Norman Bates loses his mind. Norman will turn into a terrifying serial killer.

The "Bates Motel" Season 5 succeeded the "Psycho" film series, one of the greatest horror movies in the 60s. The TV series is another success, as per University Herald. And as the psychological series ends, it will introduce Marion Crane (Rihanna) in Season 5.

"Bates Motel" Season 5 will be the finale of the series and is expected to air sometime in March 2017. 'Psycho' is the first title of the "Bates Motel," a psychological horror film in 1960 and Rihanna's role was first played by Jane Leigh.
