It has always been reported over and over again about the trade rumors and teams that are most deserved by Carmelo Anthony. The people inside the Madison Square Garden are always buzzing where they wanted the New York Knicks team to go. Kristaps Porzingis has enjoyed being a second to Melo.

On Sunday afternoon, Porzingis admitted that without Melo, it would be very difficult for him to get 30 points. He even pointed out that other people did not realize that Melo draws a lot of attention and the main focus for the other team that opens stuff for him. He then continued that he is happy to have Rose and Melo as aggressive guys so he can get the open looks.

Kristaps Porzingis is one of the rising stars in Knicks but he is still committed and wears the label of being a second to the team. On Sunday, Knicks beats the Hawks by a score of 104-94 in favors of the Knicks as Porzingis led the team for the final 44 minutes of the play, having 19 points and 11 rebounds. It may be the most feel-good win of the season for the team, New York Post has reported.

Carmelo Anthony had 31 points, three assists, seven rebounds and several steals. According to coach Jeff Hornacek, "Carmelo is still one of the best in the league when it comes to breaking his opponent down one-on-one," coach Jeff then added 'and he was great today."

According to Chat Sports, the tendencies of one-on-one disposition get the buzz-makers at the Garden to work every now and again over time, because several of the Knicks possessions tend to end up having the ball in Melo's hands, with just 8 seconds on the shot clock.

On Sunday, Carmelo Anthony said "Guys said what they had to say," he continued "There was a great response from everybody from the coaches, players, and everyone in there," he added "players did a great and awesome job voicing where we want to be, what kind of team (Knicks) we want to be, where we want to go."

The future belongs to Kristaps Porzingis and there's no disputing of that. Melo's shoulder are big help give his team a ride when Knick's team need it.
