Kim Kardashian Pregnant, Baby Bump UPDATE: Kim K Shows Off LBD At E! 2013 Upfront

While she has been caught wearing questionable outfits in the past, no one can question the baby bump flattering little black dress that the pregnant Kim Kardashian wore to the E! 2013 Upfront on April 22.

In other Kim K pregnancy news, Kanye West was recently spotted in SoHo with Kardashian. The duo reportedly went baby shopping in the New York high-end retail district. This was also the first time that West has been scene with long-time colleague Jay-Z since his infamous anti-"Suit and Tie" rant during a London show. The rappers appeared to be all smiles, however.

Baby daddy West is dropping serious coin to visit his lady with child. According to Perez Hilton, the rapper has spent over six figures to be at every single one of Kim's checkups and has flown his private jet from Paris to L.A. three times since the pregnancy began. Sources claim he even talks to doctors well in advance to work his schedule around the appointments.

Many thought Yeezy had abandoned his lady love to work on his latest album in Paris. The word was that Ye hadn't left the City of Lights since Fashion Week and remained hard at work with collaborators like Daft Punk and Chief Keef. While the working part is certainly true, it appears we can put the "inattentive father" bit to bed.

Rumors have swirled that Kanye and Kim might have the baby in Paris, or even that a full-on move might be in the cards for Kardashian. West is enamored with the French city and already owns a luxurious penthouse there. Kim has floated the idea of giving birth there, but has not confirmed any of the rumors.
