Brad Pitt is NOT Using Psych Records to Play Dirty with Angelina Jolie to Win Custody

Brad Pitt ignored the deadline this week for filing a legal response to Angelina's divorce petition, a new report maintains.

Brad Pitt is of no intentions to harm Angelia Jolie or his kids by initiating a long court battle which will leave deep scars both on the mother and kids.

Despite the fact that Brad has the right to file his petition for a joint physical custody of his kids and he has Jolie's psych records also that would give the judge background about her, yet he does not want to use them.

Angelina could set the matter of kids' custody in her favor and file a default judgment especially when Pit has not moved against her petition in the court but TMZ reports, "that is not going to happen."

On the other hand, Angelia's main concern is kids and their "mental peace." She goes, "healing the family is the priority, not starting a war."

After being cleared of all the allegations of child abuse, Brad would step ahead for a joint physical custody of the kids. But will the circumstances help him to obtain that?
