Tom Cruise Fed Up With Scientology? Actor to Quit Church for New Love?

Tom Cruise is no-show at a recent Scientology event in San Diego, CA. The controversial church used to feel the relentless support of the actor in almost all of its high-profile events but lately, he was nowhere to be seen. Reports said that Scientology was the reason why Cruise's ex-wife Katie Holmes left him. Now, rumor has it that the "Jack Reacher" actor does not want to make the same mistake again as he wants his new love to last.

Radar Online reported Tom Cruise's absence the said event. Scientology's opened their new office at the San Diego. The super-center, the new office, will spread the church's ideals and will hopefully gather more members to fund its events.

During the inauguration of the super-center, devotees of the church were inside a small structure and non-members were not allowed to take a peek. David Miscavige was usually with his right-hand man, Cruise. But that day, he was obviously on his own.

It was reported a month ago by Mstarsnews that the "Top Gun" actor has found a new love. As he filmed for "The Mummy" in a village outside London in July. Reports said the actor would get frequent visits from his British lady love on the set. The two were even seen riding their bikes, laughing and even having sleepovers in his rental home near the set.

Apparently, Cruise does not want to make a mistake of driving his newfound love away. He wants to keep this relationship and even wants it to last; minus the couch jumping reaction he did on Oprah.

Just a few weeks ago, it was reported that Cruise wants to preserve his secrets and possibly himself, by joining Scientology's doomsday hidden bunker.

The church is said to be offering salvation after doomsday inside a billion-dollar bunker for its top members, for a price. The bunker was rumored to be so safe that it could withstand nuclear explosions and attacks and is found in the deserts of New Mexico.

But it looks like Tom Cruise's reservation might be raffled off to some other celebrity given he might have just abandoned his church. He might have just exchanged his ticket to salvation for true love.
