Heading into the start of Week 4 of the MLB 2013 regular season, Bleacher Report sports analyst Joel Reuter predicts the season outlook team power rankings. The Braves continue the 2013 regular season at the no 1 spot - as Reuter points out, "The Braves had a 10-game winning streak snapped by the Royals on Wednesday, and then they dropped three of four to the Pirates in Pittsburgh. However, they maintain the top spot for at least one more week thanks to their sizzling start.Their 2.36 ERA as a team is tops in all of baseball, and their bullpen has been particularly stingy with a 1.22 ERA. Mike Minor (2-1, 0.95 ERA) and Paul Maholm (3-1, 1.03 ERA) have both been great in the rotation, and closer Craig Kimbrel is 7-for-7 on save chances with just two hits allowed in 7.2 innings. Justin Upton (.299 BA, 1.146 OPS) leads all of baseball with nine home runs, and Evan Gattis (.250 BA, .918 OPS) continues to be a great story with five home runs and 12 RBI.

The Braves currently hold a 13-5 winning record, having played the Phillies, Cubs, Marlins, Nationals, Royals, and Priates.

The Rockies snag the impressive no 3 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to Reuter, "The Rockies opened the season at the No. 27 spot in my rankings, and after bumping them up slowly the past two weeks, my skepticism has to be put aside right now, as they just continue to win. The offense, which averages 5.8 runs per game, isn't all that big of a surprise, as they were solid last year as well. Carlos Gonzalez, Michael Cuddyer, Troy Tulowitzki and Wilin Rosario are all hitting over .300 with at least four home runs and 12 RBI. The pitching has been the surprise, as their 3.87 ERA ranks in the middle of the pack and has been good enough backed by their potent offense. Jhoulys Chacin (3-0, 1.46 ERA) has pitched like an ace, and the late-inning duo of Rex Brothers and Rafael Betancourt has been terrific."

Colorado heads into Tuesday's two games also with 13 wins and five losses after playing the Brewers, Padres (twice), Giants, Mets, and Diamondbacks.

Monday's game was postponed, so the makeup is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Today's double-header should prove great ballgames between two of the league's top teams.
