Heading into the mid-Week 4 of the MLB 2013 regular season, ESPN sports analysts predict the season outlook MLB power rankings. The Blue Jays continue in the 2013 regular season at the no 15 spot - as sports columnist Matthias Koster points out, "Things are looking up for the Jays: R.A. Dickey, Mark Buehrle and Josh Johnson all turned in quality starts, and Brett Lawrie and Jose Bautista have returned to the lineup. Twenty-seven of the Jays' next 31 games are against AL East opponents." 

The Blue Jays currently hold a 8-13 winning record, having already played the Indians, Red Sox, Tigers, Royals, White Sox, and Yankees.

The Orioles snag the no 11 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to John Shepherd, "After winning two of three games against the Dodgers, the Orioles are two games over .500. However, there is a feeling that the starting pitching needs to be strengthened since Jake Arrieta and Chris Tillman have issues going deep into games."

Baltimore heads into Wednesday's game with 12 wins and eight losses after playing the Rays (twice), Twins, Red Sox, Yankees, and Dodgers. The Orioles snagged victories in both Games 1 and 2 against Toronto.
