Heading into mid-Week 4 of the MLB 2013 regular season, ESPN sports analysts predict the season outlook team power rankings. The Cubs head continue into the 2013 regular season at the meager no 28 spot - as sports columnist Joe Aiello points out, "Despite the poor performance on the field, the Cubs got good news last week as Matt Garza pitched a simulated game and should be on track for a rehab start very soon."

Chicago currently holds a 6-13 winning record, having played the Pirates, Braves, Brewers (twice), Giants, and Rangers. The Cubs won Game 2 against the Reds with a score of 4-2.

The Reds snag the no 10 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to Chad Dotson, "The Reds have scored more runs than anyone in the league, and with Joey Votto heating up, the sky's the limit. Votto is now hitting .328/.522/.516 after raising his average by 64 points (and his SLG by 139 points) over the weekend."

Cincinnati has 12 wins and nine losses heading into Wednesday's game after playing the Angels, Nationals, Cardinals, Pirates, Phillies, and Marlins. The Reds snagged a victory in Game 1 against the Cubs with a score of 5-4.

The ball game will be broadcasted live on MLBN and CSN but fans can listen in on the radio at WGN, WSCR, ESPN 1050, ESPN Radio, and ESPN 990.
