Tyga Receives Legal Documents As His Memorable Birthday Gift

Tyga obtains many birthday blessings from his girlfriend Kylie Jenner; her love, attention, and a birthday present are all tossed up for the rapper. But, his supposed birthday party, Wednesday night (23 Nov 2016) at Penthouse Nightclub in West Hollywood turned things unexpected.

The birthday celebrant wants to enjoy the night as he commemorates his 27th birthday. His special moment is something that could be happy about. However, when a random guy handed him something on his way to the Penthouse Nightclub, he seemingly accepted his unforgettable gift.

As per the TMZ, Tyga was on his way through the club when a protocol worker took a weasel by protection. That is to give the rapper some undesired lawful papers from an unknown man who immediately disappeared from the place. Tyga coped to maintain his walk and enter the club devoid of any obvious emotional response.

The TMZ claimed that in the court document, a man named Alex Benedict is apparently charging Tyga for his lapse to manage his lease payments on his Ferrari 488. Benedict claims they had an agreement back in May; however, the rapper didn't settle the payment, so he retrieved the car twice in different dates.

The payment of Tyga didn't ensue to the dealership, that is why the leaser retrieved the car on his own. The Ferrari was then brought back to Tyga, who had been obliged to return the car Oct. 9. However, the rapper didn't give back the car on that date.

Benedict is now appealing to the court to obtain payment of at least $150,000 in damages.

According to the report of the Complex, Tyga already paid the 50 percent of $200, 000. That was his debt to Jason Arasheben, who is a celebrity jeweler. He filed a legal claim against the rapper in 2013.
