Demi Lovato is definitely back on track! Since she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2011, she struggled to balance her life with work and family life. But now she comes out saying that it is really possible to live well despite having mental illness. She exclaimed "I'm living proof of that." Her fans are very proud of the 24-year old actress/singer and wish her well with future treatments.

Billboard shared Demi's personal battle with bipolar disorder. The report mentioned the "Let it Go" singer's People interview said that she takes her life day-to-day and describes it as a "work in progress."  Demi also mentioned that her treatment is not just about seeing her therapist but was also successful through the help of her family and friends. "They're there for me at any moment of the day and will be there to support me throughout my recovery."

Demi also shared an unlikely treatment that she found very effective. She said that whenever she thinks of doing something potentially harmful she would play mobile games. She found "Zombarazzie Adventure" very therapeutic.

Perez Hilton also reported Demi Lovato's recovery on his blog saying that aside from taking treatments she finds working for mental health agencies very helpful. She joined "Be Vocal: Speak Up for Mental Health" in 2015, a group that encourages people to speak up about their issues about mental health.

The "Confident" singer opened up about Be Vocal saying that this means a lot to her fans because there are many of them that are also suffering from mental illness but are too scared to speak up. She said that this partnership could hopefully usher a younger generation who will be able to change the future in preventing stigma for depression, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.

And there's more good news. Demi is also looking forward to her five years of sobriety on March 2017. She hopes she could make it to 2017 and says that she takes it a day at a time and she is doing great.
