In September 2016, Apple unveiled the all-new iPhone 7 to the public and it  became an instant hit. People eagerly waited for the release of iPhone 7 in which they even stood in queues for hours to get their hands on Apple's latest smartphone.

Out of many color variants available for iPhone 7, the Jet Black iPhone 7 received pre-orders massively beating all other records and soon the color variant was out of stock in many Apple Stores around the globe. However, the craziness of having the iPhone 7 has started to stunt. The reason for the depressing momentum of sales of iPhone 7 is because of the exponential demand and shortage of the Jet Black color variant and the Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 getting heated are the factors of which the sales seems to fade, Mac Rumors said.

The demand for iPhone 7 in major markets has faded especially in China. The smartphone giant has finally decided to cut the iPhone 7 suppliers orders citing less demand. As per estimation revealed by Kopitiam Bot,  iPhone 7 will face half a million orders in deficit for shipment in 2017 compared to the last four months in 2016.

The comments from the available sources further elaborated that Apple has decided that instead of paying attention towards manufacturing iPhone 7, sales, and another key aspect, Apple should shifted its focus on the upcoming iPhone 8 that will be released on the 10th Anniversary of iPhone.

Apple fans have become more excited after the rumors citing the iPhone 8 features sparked on the Internet. The new OLED Display and a curved screen will be a part of iPhone 8. However, it is thereby confirmed that the new iPhone 8 will house an OLED Display. iPhone 8 is known to have a plethora of features such as wireless charging, edge-to-edge display and glass body which escalated the expectations.
