It has been reported throughout the 2016-17 season that New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis has expressed frustration over his team's poor performance despite him performing consistently well. And if Sportsrageous report is to be believed, Davis might be traded to the Golden State Warriors, who are in a terrific form.

In the Warriors camp, rumors were that shooting guard Klay Thompson could be heading to the Boston Celtics. Though the rumors did not find a strong foundation but according to a report in Yibada, Thompson could still be traded by the Warriors. Besides Thompson, the Warriors are also said to be having issues with power forward Draymond Green and a possible trading of the 26-year-old is also doing the rounds.

In fact, one report in Inquisitr said the rumors around the three abovementioned stars - Davis, Thompson and Green - could be linked to the same deal. As per the report, in lieu of the Warriors receiving Davis and Langston Galloway from the Pelicans, the latter would get Thompson, Green and the Warriors' first-round draft pick in the coming year. Legally, there would be no problem with such trade, said the ESPN NBA Trade Machine.

But a few questions are being raised about the Warriors' considering a trade despite having the best record in the league so far with 25 wins and four losses. True, they are being approached for Thompson and Green has been a concern for the management, but they would not really mind acquiring a star player like Davis who is having a magnificent run this season but without the desired rewards.

But trading Thompson for many might not be a great move as his absence would weaken the team's shooting guard position and the Warriors would certainly not want to ruin all the good work they have done so far.
