Denzel Washington, Viola Davis Bring 'Fence' To Cinema As Homage to August Wilson

Denzel Washington and Viola Davis two Oscar winners, give us the best of "Fence" now on the tv screen. An original play by the writer August Wilson released in theaters in the eighty's now got the attention of these actors to play the main roles at the big screen, with a personal touch.

"Fence" play won several good reviews in 2010, when these two started in theaters. Including a Tony-winning award received. After six years of playing together the decision of making a film adaptation has become. The film featured a production by Todd Black, Scott Rudin, and Washington, who directs, according to Theater Mania.

The original play relates the story of Troy and Rose Maxon (Washington and Davis), a couple from Pittsburgh in the fifty's, that place the viewer in the African- American living experience of the decade. Denzel playing a sanitation worker and Viola a mother of one, they only son they had. Who later figures out the eighteen years of marriage wasted next to him, after realize he's been unfaithful to her, shares an overview story USA Today.
