The Dodgers continue the 2013 regular season at the no 16 spot - as sports columnist David Schoenfield points out, "Dodgers third basemen and shortstops have combined to hit .148 with two extra-base hits. Adrian Gonzalez and A.J. Ellis each have on-base percentages over .440 and yet have scored just six runs combined."

The Dodgers currently hold a 9-11 winning record having already played the Giants, Pirates, Padres (twice), Diamondbacks, and Orioles. LA won Game 1 of the series with a score of 7-2.

The Mets snag the no 18 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to "Mets Today" writer Joe Janish, The Mets are 7-1 when Matt Harvey and Jonathon Niese start, but 2-7 when they don't, and the bullpen has allowed 32 earned runs in 56 innings pitched."

NY heads into Thursday's game with 10 wins and nine losses after playing the Padres, Marlins, Phillies, Twins, Rockies, and Nationals. The Mets proved victorious in Game 2 with a score of 7-3.

The ball game will be broadcasted live on local channels PRIME and SNY, but fans can listen in on the radio at and 570 Radio, CBS LA, and WFAN.
