It's a mutual admiration society within the camp of the Golden State Warriors after MVP Stephen Curry and powerhouse Kevin Durant led the team to a 125-117 win against the Portland Trailbrazers.

Kevin Durant scored 30 points and added three blocked shots to his output for the night while Curry lit up the scoreboard with 35 points, half of them coming from the three point line.

"It's pretty special, I didn't realize it at first. He's a super-efficient player and he takes pride in that," Curry said about Durant's on court efficiency. And KD is equally impressed with Curry's performance, USA Today reported.

Aside from the duo, Zaza Pachulia also posted 13 points, and matched his career high of three blocks for the night. Draymond Green also posted nine points, 11 assists, seven rebounds, three steals and a late block. He was also all praises to the Golden State newcomer. "He (Durant) has been amazing, and it's not just rim protection," he said.

A post by sports site Bluemanhoop cited Green's performance and determination as he continued to play in the fourth quarter despite the others already resting up. The report observed that he looked exhausted but pressed on to deliver a hardcourt performance worthy of the title Defensive Player of the Year.

On the Trailblazers' side, it was CJ McCollum who led the scorers with 35 points, but it wasn't enough to propel the team to victory as Portland reeled from the absence of Damian Lillard who will return after an ankle injury for the Trailblazers' game against the Lakers for their next game, reported Lakers Nation.

The Warriors' latest win vs the Trailblazers marks it's fifth straight win against the team since it won seven games in a row in the February 2005 to November 2006 season.
