Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt agree to divorce trial terms

Angelina Julie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt announced that they reach a pact for a smooth divorce process. The also pledged to work for the reunification of their family. The announcement released Sunday night to the Associated Press. 

Documents are prepared under the legal auspices of a private Judge. The parties, through their counsels, have signed an agreement to keep the terms and conditions of the divorce confidential. The agreement is set to transfer the privacy rights to their children.

According to CNBC, the engagement of a private judge is bound to look into all the legal matters between the parties and protect the legal rights of the parties including expediting any remaining issues. The star couple failed to part ways in September. Brad Pitt is also under investigation for abusing his 15-year-old son during a private flight but sources have revealed that Mr. Brad Pitt has been clear of all allegations.

Private judges are hired for high profile divorces in order to keep the privacy of financial and family matters. In California, legal concessions allow parting couples for joint custody.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Julie remained together for 12 years and married two years ago. Their difference and divorce rumors alerted international media and the super stars have to explain publically about their decision.

USATODAY reported that the custody of the six children was the main issue in the terms and conditions of divorce as there was a dispute between the parties for the custody of these children.
