After allegedly being kicked out of a gym for smoking pot on 4/20, Bynes debuted this new look on Twitter:

Apparently, Bynes decided to pursue the undercut look after her hair was damaged from extensions earlier this month. She posted this lengthy tweet on April 10:

I have extensions but you can see them! Loving your shows but suing you for spreading lies about me on your website! Thanks for being my fan! I'll sue you everytime you post a lie with a paparazzi shot, I tell you everything that is going on about me on twitter.
