Three-quarters (78%) of the survey's respondents claimed that music is as essential as having proper gym facilities to work with. Also, 68% of which considered music important as owning a pair of suitable workout shoes. Furthermore, 88% of those surveyed has thought of the absolute benefits music has to pass on to a person while 60 percent of the respondents presumed that exercising with music consumes time swiftly and adds fun to sweating out.
