H2GAWM Spoilers: Annalise Keating's Parents To Have 'Strong Reactions' To Her Imprisonment

Fans of ABC's "How to Get Away with Murder" have had to deal with their questions about Wes' shocking death in the midseason finale of the show and had to deal with a bigger blow when they learned that the fresh new episode has been pushed back by a week owing to a 20/20 special on the latest first family. Now, even more questions plague them as the new mystery of who killed Wes will become the central point of the second half of Season 3.

One major arc that the season will focus on when the show returns on January 26 is Annalise's imprisonment as a suspect in the murder.

It can be recalled that the police have previously approached Wes to make him a witness in their case against Annalise when Rebecca's body was found. Unfortunately, before he could seal the deal, he received a mysterious phone call which brought him to the house of Annalise and to his eventual demise.

According to a report by Entertainment Weekly, upon learning of her daughter's arrest, Ophelia Harkness played by Cicely Tyson will return to the picture and have a very strong reaction to the latest development.

Also joining the show is Roger Robinson, who will play Annalise's father.

"Ophelia comes back, which was obviously an important story for when Annalise's mother and her father [Roger Robinson] find out their daughter has been arrested for murder. I think they're going to have a really strong reaction. I can't wait for people to see that," executive producer Pete Nowalk teased.

Even as the mystery of Wes' death is unraveled, there will be small consolation for the fans of Alfie Enoch, who plays the character because he will still be part of the back half of the season in flashback form, confirmed a report by Entertainment Today.

This shouldn't come as a surprise because Tom Verica's character Sam has been dead since the first season, but he still occasionally pops in every so often.

"How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3B resumes at 10 pm on ABC on January 26.
