Kim Kardashian's former bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, has finally come out in the open and has broken his silence about the Paris robbery incident which involved Kim. He has agreed to talk about the same only after reality star's verbal statement has surfaced and major arrests have been made in connection with the robbery in Paris.

For the first time since the robbery, Duvier opened up to Fairfax media that he is not avoiding anything and he doesn't like wasting his time thinking about things which are not in his control.

He added that he can't avoid all the places he had some bad memories with and would definitely visit Paris again if required, reports Daily Mail. "[I am] not avoiding anything. Unfortunately everywhere you are nowadays you have to be careful," said the 43-year-old.

Kim Kardashian was held and robbed at gunpoint of an estimated $15 million worth of jewellery last October from her hotel room in Paris. Duvier was with Kim on her trip to Paris to attend the Fashion Week but missed the robbery incident as he was out following Kim's sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian to our nearby nightclub.

Duvier went underground after unverified reports claiming the robbery to be an inside job started surfacing. Everybody close to him, including his two young daughters, was forced to suffer. There have been reports that he was fired from his job following the unfortunate Paris robbery incident but the same was neither confirmed nor denied by Kim's driver of over three years.

The robbery incident had left a deep mark on Kim Kardashian as she had thought the robbers would shoot her in the back while holding her captive at gunpoint. Kim's statement about the incident revealed that she was wearing only a bathrobe when the heist took place. Last week, French Police arrested 17 people suspeting them to be involved in the robbery.
