After calling Rihanna a "bitch" on "Watch What Happens Live" Tuesday last week, Charlie Sheen, 51, takes to twitter and apologizes and even offers to buy the singer a drink.

During Sheen's interview on "Watch What Happens Live", host Andy Cohen asked if he [Charlie] ever had mended things with singer Rihanna, in which he replied "Oh, that bitch, ummm," and added "She abandoned common courtesy and common sense, you know." Rihanna then responded on her twitter account "If that old queen don't get ha diapers out of a bunch..."

According to Gossip Cop, Charlie and Rihanna first had their dispute in May 2014 when he spotted Rihanna on a restaurant and sent a request to her table to meet his then-fiancée, Brett Rossi, who was a big fan of the singer. Rihanna apparently declined Charlie's request, stating that there were too many paparazzi outside. Charlie then took to Twitter, ranting and detailing the incident, writing "See you on the way down (we always do) and actually, it was a pleasure NOT meeting you. Clearly we have NOTHING in common when it comes to respect for those who've gone before you. I'm guessing you needed those precious 84 seconds to situate that bad wig before you left the restaurant."

Now, in a report by Entertainment Weekly, Sheen has apparently said his apology. On Twitter, he tagged Rihanna and asked her if she could forgive his "inane self-indulgence" and offered to buy her a drink, and even added a "heart" emoji.

There is no actual "I'm sorry" or "I apologize" that came from him. But Sheen at least seems to admit that he's the one at fault. Rihanna, on the other hand, still doesn't have any response to Charlie's tweet and whether she'll take up his offer for a drink.
