Fans went wild on social media when a photo of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) saw showed the three of them chilling on the same couch. This immediately sparked speculation that this Instagram post might be a dead giveaway about a major "Deadpool" casting up ahead. But it looks like the three are dead set on keeping this a secret as they struck a "hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil" pose.

Casting Cable

Though it has been confirmed that Cable will definitely be included in the next Deadpool movie, getting the perfect actor for the part is a bit tricky. A couple of good names have been dropped though. The likes of Stephen Lang, Liam Neeson, Dolph Lundgren, and yes, even Keira Knightley was suggested per Entertainment Online. If Pierce Brosnan auditions for the part, Ryan Reynolds should give it some serious thought. After all, who could do it better than Bond? James Bond.

Wolverine Supports "Deadpool"

Meanwhile, in an interview with Variety, Jackman said he's been out there campaigning "Deadpool" for the Oscars. He thinks Reynolds should be nominated for everything because he's worked so hard on it for years. A big chunk of it was penned by Reynolds himself. Working alongside with producers Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner and director Tim Miller, it became a blockbuster and earned critical acclaim.

In another interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Reynolds said jokingly that they had no idea they'd get anything beyond a Best Kiss Movie Award from MTV. So if "Deadpool" gets a Best Picture nod at the Oscars, it's going to be a "cool moment" for him. So far not one superhero movie has ever broken that glass ceiling. So he'd be ecstatic if "Deadpool" makes it.
