Nokia 6 Released In China; HMD Global To Release Nokia 8 At MWC 2017?

Nokia is finally back in the smartphone market with the announcement of brand new Android Nokia 8. Ahead from the Official release of Nokia 8, Nokia 6 is launched in China from today, Jan. 1. Nearly 1 million chinses consumers have booked orders online for purchase of Nokia 6.

According to HMD Global, Nokia 6 is powered by 4GB LPDDR3 RAM, 64 GB internal storage, latest version of Android Nougat and 16 MP phase detection, auto-focus rear camera along with 8 MP front camera.  Nokia 6 is currently priced at US$ 245.38 that is equal to 1699 CNY, British Pounds 201.66, and 232.7 Euros.

Battery of Nokia 6 is 3000 mAh. Nokia 6 body is made up of series 6000 aluminum with Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 430 processors along with Adreno 505 GPU. HMD is a Finnish company that design, develop and manufacture mobile phones with Nokia brand.

Nokia is all set to launch a variety of new Android Nokia smartphones in the near future including Nokia D1C, Nokia E1, Nokia Edge, Nokia P and Nokia Z2 Plus. Once the most dominant mobile phone company in the world, Nokia succumbed to tough competition from the entry of smartphones and touch technology by Samsung, Apple, Google, Sony, LG and Huawei.

In 2014, Nokia sold its business to Microsoft with packing up its mobile phone game. Under an agreement with Microsoft, Nokia was bound to manufacture only Microsoft smartphones till 2016. The agreement was a result of Nokia's struggle for survivability and foothold in the smartphone market. Later on, analysts criticized the Nokia-Microsoft agreement by saying that it's a suicide for a dominant brand like Nokia.

NDTV revealed that HMD is expected to launch Nokia 8 on the occasion of Mobile World Congress (MWC). According to some reliable reports, Nokia Android Phone Nokia 8 will have 8GB of RAM, Zeiss Optic 23MP Camera, Metal body with water resistant qualities and Android 7 Nougat operating system. We also cannot ignore wireless of magnetic charging like surprises in Nokia 8. Screen size of Nokia 8 is speculated between 5.2 and 5.5 inchers. Battery specifications are predicted above 3100 mAh.
