"The Voice" coach Miley Cyrus will sit out Season 12 to make room for returning coach Gwen Stefani and the coaches are excited for another season of finding fresh talent to add to the current crop of artists in the music industry. The show's winningest coach Blake Shelton, though, admits that he is nervous about his girlfriend's comeback to the talent show.

In an interview with CMT's Cody Alan, the country star admitted that being in a relationship with Stefani brings a whole different dynamic to show and that they are both feeling a bit apprehensive about it, Enstarz reported.

"We were both nervous about it. [We wondered], 'How is this going to work? But it brings a new level of competition to the show. Just when you think 12 seasons in it kind of is what it is, it's not anymore. With her and I in this relationship, it's so exciting! It truly is," he said.

It can be recalled that Shelton and Stefani found romance while serving as coaches in "The Voice" Season 9 while they were both going through divorces with rocker Gavin Rossdale and country superstar Miranda Lambert. They went public with their relationship a few months after their respective divorces were finalized.

After it was announced that Miley Cyrus won't be joining the show for the 12th season, Shelton expressed sadness about the development, saying that not having Miley on the show was similar to not having a rainbow after the rain. It can be recalled that Cyrus and Shelton had great banter as they both came from a country background, ET reported.

Meanwhile, a report by Radar Online hinted that a feud was brewing in the background of Season 11 after Adam Levine allegedly accused Blake of rigging the results in favor of country singer Sundance Head.

According to the publication's source, Adam was very unhappy over his contender's loss to Blake as the country star tried to rub the win in his face.

The rumors remain unconfirmed as the duo have remained competitive throughout the show's 11 seasons, making it one of the main selling points of the talent show.
