"Fifty Shades Darker" stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan have been more in the news for filming intimate scenes rather than their acting. Their beach-side stripping during the shoot also attracted huge media attention. Here are some of the details that you may find interesting while watching the onscreen couple getting cozy.
"Fifty Shades Darker" movie actually shows Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan stripping down to nothing when they get intimate. However, the British actor had a cover over his private region during the shooting and the related details were added post production.
While talking about those scenes in detail, Johnson said that it was purely about the performance, Marie Claire reported. The onscreen couple was without any jewelry, makeup and hence it was all a gamble. The sultry actress said that they did not have actual 'do it.' Rather she was simulating it for almost seven hours.
Although both Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan simulated those scenes, the British actor is very much protective about his co-star. According to the 34-year-old actor from Ireland, he was in control all the time and hence it was much difficult for Johnson to simulate all those scenes. Dornan even felt like throwing a dressing gown over her to make her feel comfortable.
Unlike popular belief, the whole shooting was not watched by hundreds of people around. Rather it was a very private and closed affair just to save embarrassment to both the stars.
So, it seems that both Dakota Johnson & Jamie Dornan felt pretty awful doing all those scenes for "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades of Grey." And that maybe one reason, the husband of Amelia Warner wants to move ahead from the trilogy and try something fresh and different.
Recently the actor made a playful comment while interacting with the host of Q Radio breakfast, Stephen Clements. In his most funny and playful reply, Dornan said that he suggested of having an interest in Bond role, The Sun reported.
Although it was just a joke, if the Irishman does want to move away from his onscreen playboy image, a Bond role certainly would work in his favor.
