Dragon Ball is known for their fight-loving, always shouting, and golden haired male characters. Up until now, there is no notable female saiyan existing in the Dragon Ball universe. Of course there's Pan, Gohan's daughter with Videl. But like her father, Pan doesn't seem to have that saiyan's thirst for fights. But in the preview of the newest DB arc released recently, there seem to be a new fighter that resembles Broly, albeit a female one.

Broly is one of the most popular characters in "Dragon Ball", being the legendary super saiyan and all. And with Dragon Ball having a lot of alternate universes, it is possible that he will have a female counterpart from another universe. It will be the first time that a female super saiyan will appear in the long running series.

According to Comic Book, a black haired slender young woman appeared after Cabba and Frost's preview. Its shy demeanour was replaced with muscles and a mane of golden hair like that of Broly's. The female saiyan's appearance was only for a few frames, but it has been enough to stir excitement to fans. Broly has never been an official part of the original manga and anime, but with his (or her) appearance on the newest arc's trailer, it is possible that Toei is finally acknowledging Broly as a part of the original Dragon Ball.

The other notable character in the preview is the Clown God of Destruction. Not much is known about this character, but with the quite long exposure on the trailer, this Clown God of Destruction might actually be a great foe. Maybe the clown can handle Beerus. There is also a pink elephant-like character in the trailer, but just like the Clown God of Destruction, not much is known about him.

Will this female Broly possess the same strength Broly has? Who is the Clown God of Destruction? Who are those fighters brawling with Goku and Vegeta? Who is the red Zen-Oh? It will be soon find out on February 5, so stay tuned.
