Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth: Wedding Planning Driving Cyrus Crazy, Split Rumors Untrue, Marriage Still On For Celebrity Couple [News Update]

Though news continues to leak out daily regarding the status of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's  relationship and how it is doomed, it appears at least one inside source is hearing a different story. One in which the superstar couple is still on the path to marriage with  Miley planning a wedding.

"Everyone is forcing her to rush to the alter, nit picking at every aspect her relationship," a source close to Miley said according to HollywoodLife.com. "It's driving her crazy!"

The source claims that planning the wedding is made all the more difficult by the public's scrutiny of Miley and Liam's relationship.

"My mom takes her wedding band off sometimes and my dad doesn't think anything of it," the source says. "It's just weird that she's scrutinized so viciously. Like, I don't understand. If people were smart, they would have just backed off Miley and not pursued her love life so hard. Maybe then, she'd be more open about it and not so closed off."

The source admitted that the constant prying into their relationship has left Miley closed off to even her friends.

"She doesn't volunteer any information to her friends anymore, and I for one am not going to ask what's the deal with her and Liam," the source said. "If she opens the conversation, I'll listen. ... As far as I'm concerned, they're together and their marriage is still on unless Miley or Liam says otherwise."

This is a remarkably different picture than the one painted by Cyrus's father, Billy Ray. He seemed unsure of his daughter's future when asked about it by ABC News.

"I didn't know the answer. They're young. They're kids. The great news is, they're great friends. They're really, really good friends. If you end up getting married, that's your business too, you know?" Cyrus said.

And it is drastically different from comments made by Snoop Lion last week.

"I know that she had a relationship that no longer exists," Snoop Lion told Huff Post Live. "So, I know that she's probably in a transformation, change with her life, her music, her career."

"She's 20 years old, an awesome artist to work with. She knows what she wants in life," Snoop added. "I feel like maybe this is the time for her to take charge like I'm taking charge."
