Yalu iOS 10.2 Code Available On Github, Todesco Rumored To Stop Jailbreak Tool Development

Earlier this week, Luca Todesco, an authority in Jailbreak tool development released the incomplete code of the Yalu iOS 10.2. The code is released on the coding sharing site "Github" and anyone can take a look at the incomplete code. It is without confirmation of Todesco will continue the development or not, as the iOS 10.3 might be rolling out any time soon.

The Redmond Pie reported that Todesco openly discussed about the Yalu's capability to reach 64-bit devices that runs iOS 10.2 but that field isn't "on his radar". The code of Yalu iOS 10.2 is available on Github and anyone can download it for further development or to see how Jailbreaking code works. It is said that Todesco, or other individuals that are working on the tool either gave up doing the tool because that's as far as they can go or that's as far as they want to continue development.

Value Walk reported that the code released only works with iPhone SE, iPhone 6S, 6S Plus and iPad Pro and as of this time, not working for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Devices with the latest version and latest models are out of luck this time.

For anyone who  wants to try the IPA of Yalu 10.2, it is advised to downgrade or upgrade into iOS 10.2 while it Is still being signed by Apple. Apple might stop signing the 10.2 version because 10.2.1 is out now and 10.3 is in the beta mode and is being tested by developers.

The reason why Todesco stopped his development might be because he doesn't see the project feasible anymore. Maybe he's working on with a project involving the beta iOS 10.3.Those that wants to take a peek on Todesco's work may go into this link to download the code in Github.
