Instagram went wild on Friday after Selena Gomez teased a new track to feed the appetite of her 108 million followers. It is widely speculated that the song could be the track she co-wrote with Kygo. The "Kill 'Em With Kindness" singer has yet to confirm the reports.

According to Billboard, Selena Gomez registered a song titled "It Ain't Me" on ASCAP earlier this week and it is believed that it was the same track she teased on Instagram Stories. The ASCAP-registered single was co-written with Kygo. However, SelGo did not mention any song titles in her Feb. 3 videos.

Kygo is known for his tropical beats. Based on the music that Selena Gomez teased on social media, it appears that the song may be what fans have been speculating it to be: the Kygo collaboration single. One of the "Perfect" singer's fans was able to record the clips so those who didn't get a chance to view SelGo's videos can still check the song out.

iHeartRadio reports that the "It Ain't Me" was also written with Ali Tamposi, Andrew Watt, and Brian Lee. Coincidentally, the trio are known for helping out Justin Bieber for his single "Let Me Love You." As fans know very well, Bieber and Selena Gomez have had a lot of things going on between them even after their break up in 2014.

Selena Gomez announced in June of last year that she and her music team "are VERY close to album #2 #SG2." However, things went down when the "Hands to Myself" singer took off from the studio and checked into rehab. She stayed in the facility for about three months before returning in full glory.

Until now, Selena Gomez has not made official announcements about the release of her new album that she teased last year. However, fans are hoping that her joint single with Kygo will be among the songs in the upcoming album. Stick with MStars News for more updates.
