Beyonce Mrs. Carter Show World Tour Rider: Queen Bey Asks For 'Titanium Straws', 'Hand-Carved Ice Balls'

After all, she is the Queen. In a long-held tradition for uber-mega-superstars, Beyonce's tour rider for the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour (obtained by news.com.au) is chock full of absolutely crazy things.

An insider told the website that every appearance must have $900 worth of "titanium straws, which will be used to drink a special alkaline water that's served at exactly 21 degrees" Celsius (around 70 Fahrenheit).

Queen Bey does everything within her power to keep her voice powerful from performance to performance including requiring a hand-carved ice ball to cool her throat down after every performance.

Beyonce also asks that all crewmembers wear 100% cotton, we're guessing to keep an allergic reaction from ruining Bey's performance.

Beyond the stuff that Beyonce needs to stay sharp, things get a little weird.

The rider allegedly contains requests for off-white walls, a new toilet seat at every event and a need for all-red toilet paper.

"She's extremely regimented and is taking everything extremely seriously, so she expects her list of demands to be adhered too and every detail be taken in," the insider told the news outlet.

"Working so hard and with the toll the travel takes on her body in addition to the intense shows, she feels that her requests aren't too much to ask for as she wants to ensure everything goes to plan."

I'm not sure, but I've heard managers before say that the wild requets are typically a way to judge whether the venue actually read the rider. If you don't see the outlandish request fulfilled, you should be prepared to deal with a number of things being wrong.

Even if this isn't the case, this is Beyonce we're talking about. She can probably make you disappear, so it'd be best to do what she asks.
