There are plenty of suspects about who killed Wes in ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3 but Episode 12 entitled 'Go Cry Somewhere Else" promises that some headway will be made towards the eventual revelation of the suspect's identity in the season finale.

According to the episode synopsis posted by Fansided, the episode will feature two court cases with one of them being ADA Atwood's attempt to file yet another charge against Annalise. Nate is also expected to find a piece of evidence that would implicate him in Wes' murder during the episode.

The penultimate episode of the season is expected to make a lot of headway towards the revelation of the killer, as with the tradition of the series. More so now that Atwood's attempt to keep Annalise behind bars for the death of Wes hit a snag when Frank surrendered to the police to own up to the murder.

But as more elements of the murder comes to light, the questions continue to threaten the peace of Annalise and what remained of her Keating Five. Oliver, who was the latest to join her team, will also be in hot water as he is called in for questioning about the events of the night of the fire.

Based on the latest trailer for the episode, Annalise's mom will be there for her daughter's trial promising that she will "fix this." In another sequence, Nate helps Laurel see Wes which causes them to be shocked by what they see in the morgue.

Since it was revealed that Wes was the body underneath the sheets that was originally shown in the season premiere, fans have posted theories about who would have the motive to end him, reported Bustle.

Among the prime suspects is Annalise herself, given the amount of history they had together along with the secrets that was between them. Bonnie has also been raised as a potential suspect because of her loyalty to Annalise. She has proven that she could kill to protect Annalise as in the case of Rebecca and killing Wes could be a reiteration of her commitment to protect Annalise.

Connor has never been shy of his hatred for Wes and his constant reminder that Wes was the reason they were trapped in the loop of keeping secrets and covering up murders was not lost on most fans. Frank would be an obvious suspect given his checkered history but his recent surrender for the murder seems too calculated to be the truth.

While Nate has never shown any antagonism towards Wes, he was one of the last persons who saw him alive in Annalise's house before the fire and yet he emerged from the house unscathed. It however, remains unclear what motive he would have for killing the law student.

"How to Get Away with Murder's" episode "Go Cry Somewhere Else" airs on ABC on February 9 while the final episode of Season 3 with the ominous title "Its War" is set to air on February 16.
