Lana Del Rey's New Song 'Love' Released

Amid speculations of a new album on the way, Lana Del Rey released her new single titled 'Love' on Saturday. Del Rey's "Love" is a part of her forthcoming untitled album.

The new song "Love," that was released by Del Rey on her YouTube channel, is singer's first song in 16 months. The song which talks about young love is available for purchase on iTunes, reported RollingStone. The new single can also be purchased and streamed via Apple Music.

A leaked version of Del Rey's "Love" showed up on Apple Music and iTunes ahead of its worldwide premiere. "Love" is a classic Del Rey song that flows on the lines her signature retro tunes.

According to the statement released by Lana Del Rey, the newest single "Love" is for her fans and about where she hopes they all are headed. She also added that she had made her first four albums for herself.

The speculations of a new album by Lana Del Rey started doing the rounds when cinematic posters of Del Rey appeared around downtown Los Angeles on Friday, reported Billboard. The posters had her looking down from the clouds with word "Love" written on the sky.

Del Rey's fans had speculated the new album to be titled "Young and in Love," the song's original name that was registered last month. The new song by Del Rey is an ode to the stranded generation of youth. "Look at you kids with your vintage music / Coming through satellites while cruising / You're part of the past, but no, you're the future/ Signals crossing can get confusing," she sings in "Love."

As of now, there is no information about the release of her untitled album. It was way back in September 2015, that Lana Del Rey had released her fourth studio album titled "Honeymoon."
