Huawei P10 Specs To Be Unveiled At MWC 2017, New Digital Assistant In Development

The Huawei P10 smartphones will soon be out on the market. The company is one of the third largest smartphone manufacturers in the world. In fact, it has been widely known in Europe especially with its recent smartphone - P9 and P9 Plus. This 2017, the new Huawei P10 and P10 Plus will be expected to release along with other high-end smartphones.

The upcoming Huawei P10 will be unveiled at this year's MWC event in Barcelona. It is said that it will be made known in the company's press event on February 26, 2017, as per Android Headlines. Huawei will also be releasing a short video teaser that will largely be focusing on the dual camera setup of P10. The teaser has a statement of "change the way the world sees you" with a #OO hashtag, hinting its dual camera setup.

From an update on Android Authority, it is said that Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat and an EMUI 5.0 user interface, with a 2.3 GHz octa-core Kirin 960 chipset. It will have a 4 GB RAM and 32 or 64 GB storage, with another option of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It is rumored to have a larger 5.5-inch display with Quad HD resolution.

The Leica dual-camera that is one of the best features of the recent P9 and P9 Plus is said to also be one of the attributes of P10, sporting a 20 MP + 12 MP cameras and an 8 MP front camera. With regards to its design, leaked photos have revealed P10 to have a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and a dual-curved-edge screen and it is speculated to be available have few new colors. The two new colors are said to be Green and Purple.

Furthermore, the upcoming P10 is said to featuring Amazon's Alexa digital assistant that will enable the user to interact with various voice commands with the device.
