Heidi Klum and Martin Kirsten: 'Not Engaged' Despite Matching Tiffany & Co. Rings, 'Not Planning To Get Married Anytime Soon'

Heidi Klum admit's that she is 'not engaged' despite the fact that she and former bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kirsten, have been wearing matching Tiffany & Co. diamond and gold band rings.

The couple began wearing the identical rings on their right ring fingers on April 20, during an outing in Brentwood, California, Daily Mail reports.  The rings caused a lot of rumors and speculation to occur, according to the LA Times.

"I did get a present from my boyfriend. He did give me a ring and he has the same," Klum said, according to OMG! from Yahoo.  However, she also added, "I am not engaged. I am not planning to get married anytime soon. It's just a beautiful piece of jewellery... Just something nice."

"I am happy," Klum told OMG! correspondent Kevin Frazier, according to the Daily Mail. "It is always hard to find the right partner and you just never know in the beginning."

The Daily Mail reports that Kirsten is quite the family man and has often been seen with the model and her four children.

Klum had gone public with her new romance with Kirsten in September, OMG! reports.  "I trust him with my children's life. He's a great man,"She told TV talk show host Katie Couric.

In January of 2012, Klum split with her husband, Seal, after almost seven years of marriage OMG! reports.  Although Klum has filed for divorce, it has not yet been finalized.
